Where is Paint Genie located? We are based at Unit 1, Lubeck Road, King’s Lynn, PE30 2JE. While our roots are in mobile SMART repairs, we now operate from a state-of-the-art bodyshop facility to ensure the highest quality controlled environment for your vehicle.
How do I get a quote for a repair? The easiest way is to use our Request a Quote page. Simply upload a few clear photos of the damage, and our team will get back to you with an estimate. You can also call us on 07979 516953.
Do you work with insurance companies? Yes. We have extensive experience working with insurance companies, lease companies, and motor traders. We can provide the necessary documentation and professional estimates required for insurance claims.
Repair & Technical Questions
Will the paint match my car exactly? Absolutely. We use the latest manufacturer paint code technology and high-quality products to ensure a precision colour match. Whether it’s a standard finish or a one-off custom mix, the repair will be seamless.
What is “Diamond Cutting” for alloy wheels? Diamond cutting is a premium finish where the wheel is placed on a lathe and a thin layer of the alloy is machined off to create a high-shine, “CD-like” finish. We offer both standard powder coating and precision diamond cutting in-house.
How long will the repair take? This depends on the extent of the damage. Minor scuffs or alloy refurbishments can often be completed within a day, while major accident repairs or custom body kits may take longer. We will provide a time estimate along with your quote.
Can you repair matte or satin finishes? Yes. Our technicians are experienced with a wide variety of finishes, including modern matte and satin paints which require specialized techniques to repair correctly.
Aftercare & Warranty
How should I look after my new paintwork? We recommend waiting at least 7 days before using a high-pressure jet wash or automated car wash to allow the paint to fully cure. Hand washing with a PH-neutral shampoo is the best way to maintain the finish. You can find more detailed tips on our Aftercare Instructions page.
Is your work guaranteed? We pride ourselves on the “finer detail” and exceptionally high standards. If you aren’t delighted with the results, we will work with you to make it right. Our reputation in King’s Lynn is built on quality and customer satisfaction.
Custom Work
Do you install body kits and custom parts? Yes! Beyond standard repairs, we specialize in custom work, including fitting body kits, painting brake calipers, and bespoke colour requests. If you have a specific vision for your vehicle, get in touch to discuss the project.
